You can aim by dragging the cue stick around or by dragging the target ball around. Alternatively, press the left and right cursor keys (arrows) on the keyboard. Holding down shift speeds up the aiming. There are a couple of other special ways to aim. One is to double- click on an object ball, which will set the aim so that the cue ball hits the object ball dead-on. The other way is to control-click anywhere on the table for a custom camera view. The cue ball will be lined up to pass through the point you clicked. To set english (or spin), click anywhere on the cue ball icon which is found at the upper-right corner of the screen. Or, set the english by holding down the Control key and moving the indicator with the cursor keys. To shoot, pull back the stick which is found at the right edge of the screen. Simply release it from the desired power line. Or push the mouse forward until you contact the ball. Another way to shoot is with the keyboard. Use the cursor up and down keys to position the cue stick. Then press the space bar to shoot or Esc to cancel the shot. Advanced users can just click anywhere on the screen and pull back and then push forward to shoot. If you ever get a camera view you don't like, click on the camera buttons on the lower right corner of the screen. V. GENERAL TECHNICAL ISSUES: This game works best when there are no other applications running on your computer. VI.
